1-room apartment in house „Zeughofstraße 23“ in Berlin-Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

Kreuzberg is associated with liveliness, of course, and if you decide on this building, get ready to experience a bit of the real Berlin. Our little apartment building only offers 1-room apartments, approx. 30 m² in size. All these apartments have a separate kitchen, a shower stall and a balcony. The sitting and sleeping areas are designed in a very modern and pleasant fashion. A TV, coffee maker and the complete set of household items are all provided for you.

Position information:
This apartment building in Zeughofstrasse is situated centrally and conveniently for transportation. You can travel in all directions from either of the two metro stations, "Görlitzer Bahnhof" (U1 & U15) or "Schlesisches Tor" (U1 & U15). There are plenty of places for shopping and leisure activities, because this "Kiez", as we Berliners call such a neighbourhood, is multicultural, and so all options are open when it comes to eating out. A swimming facility and park are right next door. This area is young, lively and pleasantly cheeky.

DISCLAIMER

For living areas that fall within the scope of the ‘MietenWoG Bln’ Berlin Rental Cap Law (‘rent cap’), i.e. for living areas not listed as exceptions according to Section 1 of that Law (in particular the exception of ‘publicly subsidised housing’), this apartment listing will always state the rent permitted according to the MietenWoG Bln (capped rent). It should be noted that if the MietenWoG Bln or any part thereof is annulled, suspended, repealed, or otherwise abolished, any higher permissible contractual rent set forth in the German Civil Code (BGB) shall once again be payable and if the annulment or suspension were to be applied on an ex tunc basis, back-payments would be enforced to cover the difference between the capped rent and contractual rent for the entire term of the agreement. It is therefore suggested that tenants set aside appropriate reserves to cover this eventuality as per the recommendations of the Berlin state government.
