The apartment complex was newly built in 2017 using hybrid construction with wood and reinforced concrete. The modern and comfortable studio apartments measuring 16 m² are furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a kitchenette with ceramic glass stovetop, sink and fridge as well as a bathroom with a shower.  A design feature is a wooden bench that has been fitted underneath the window following the facade. 

The two-room apartments (approx. 41 m²) which two people can share  are similarly equipped.  

On the ground floor, you can use the “Learning Lounge” and the patio attached to it.
