Welcome to the apartment complex on Iranische Straße, in the heart of Berlin Mitte!
The residential quarter, consisting of five buildings with a mixed living concept for seniors, students, trainees, and business customers with temporary housing needs, will be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
The modernly furnished single apartments feature a bed, desk, wardrobe, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a practical kitchenette including a ceramic hob, sink, and refrigerator. The living spaces on the standard floors vary in size from approximately 15m² to 17m².
Attractive communal areas such as the lobby, event room/learning lounge, and communal kitchen invite residents to socialize. Covered bicycle parking spaces and a laundromat exclusively accessible to students round off the range of communal facilities. The attractive outdoor area also offers sporting activities such as table tennis, calisthenics, and boules.
We offer rental agreements for a limited period of use during the training period. Extensions beyond this period are not possible.
The residential complex in Berlin Mitte is located in a central and lively area that has a lot to offer. The Osloer Straße and Nauener Platz stops are within walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes, providing excellent public transport connections.
