Take advantage of the benefits: Rental contracts are limited to the duration of your studies (max. 42 months for a bachelor's degree and max. 24 months for a master's degree). Should plans change, there is a notice period of two months (effective at the end of the month) following an initial six-month contract term (minimum rental period).
These modern, shared apartments (approx. 54–58 m²) for three people come fully furnished and ready to move in, featuring a bed, desk, built-in wardrobes, and a kitchenette (with ceramic cooktop, sink, and refrigerator), as well as a bathroom with a shower. The shower area and toilet are separate.
The apartments are furnished in a style that is both contemporary and functional, offering ample space for all residents. Each resident has a separate, lockable room, while the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, and hallway) are shared by all residents.
