A business graduate, who graduated from the University of Leipzig in 1996, and has worked as a manager in various real estate companies since 1999. First as Vice President Asset Management at Deutsche Bank Real Estate Investment GmbH and later as Deputy Managing Director Risk Management at BCIA GmbH in Berlin.

Since 2008, Mr. Aleithe has been Managing Director Fund Management at berlinovo. In addition, he is Managing Director of IBV Immobilien Beteiligungs- und Vertriebsgesellschaft der Berlinovo mbH.

Caroline Oelmann has been the Managing Director of Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH, responsible for commercial matters, since 15/08/2023.

The qualified real estate specialist is a proven expert in this field and is able to look back on many years of professional experience. Born in Berlin, she is now leaving Heimstaden Deutschland GmbH an joining berlinovo. At Heimstaden she was Country Manager and Managing Director of Heimstaden Deutschland. There she had, since 2020, supported the company in setting up its business operations and succesfully borne the responsibility for its German location. Prior to that, she had managed the "Property Management Ost" division of ZBI Immobilien AG.
