The modern 16 m² apartments are equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortalbe student household:

Pantry kitchen with a stove, sink, fridge, bed, desk, wall shelf, cupboard in the entrance area, bathrom with a flat shower. The double apartments are twice as large in size with 32 m² and are offered to two students as a shared flat.

In our modern building we offer 8 different apartment types on 5 storeys. The contemporarily furnished 1 and 2-room apartments with a living space of 18 to 38 m² are each equipped with new furniture, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Internet access is possible via an ethernet cable. The generously sized communal area on the ground floor can be used as a meeting point for studying and for making social contacts. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle garage.

The apartment building for students was completed in the 4th quarter of 2022.

The modern and cozy apartments for 1, 2, 3 or 5 people are each fully equipped with bed, desk, built-in wardrobes, kitchenette incl. ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator and each with bathroom incl. shower, ready for occupancy.

The large apartments, which can be used as shared apartments for two, three or five people, are particularly suitable for setting up a small group of students.

In the foyer as well as on floors 2 and 4, comfortable sitting areas invite communication and exchange of ideas.

The roof terrace as well as the outdoor area in the courtyard are designed as meeting points and recreational areas for the tenants.

The apartment complex was newly built in 2017 using hybrid construction of wood and reinforced concrete. The modern and comfortable studio apartments measuring 16 m² are fi tted with a bed, desk, a wardrobe, a kitchenette with ceramic glass stovetop, sink and fridge as well as a bathroom with a shower. The 2-room apartments (approx. 41 m²) which two people can share, are similarly equipped. A design feature is a wooden bench that has been fi tted underneath the window followingnthe facade. On the ground fl oor, you can use the “Learning Lounge” and the patio attached to it.
