The modern and cozy apartments are each fully equipped with bed, desk, built-in wardrobes, kitchenette incl. ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator and each with bathroom incl. shower, ready for occupancy.

The large apartments, which can be used as shared apartments for two, three are particularly suitable for setting up a small group of students.

On the ground floor there is a washing lounge with comfortable sitting areas which invite for communication and exchange of ideas.

The generous roof terrace as well as the outdoor area are designed as meeting points and recreational areas for the tenant (table tennis e.g.).

There are sufficient bicycle stands - completely roofed.

The new apartment building was built in 2023.

The modern and comfortable 18-20 m² 1-room apartments are fitted with a bed, desk, a wardrobe, a pantry kitchen with Ceran hob, sink, microwave, and fridge and a bathroom with shower.

A wooden storage shelf has been incorporated along the window as a homely feature. The fitout is similar in the 2-room apartments in which two persons can flat-share.

Two communal “Learning Lounge” rooms are available free of charge on the 5th and 9th floors.

The apartment complex goes into operation on 01. 02. 2024. Moving in is expected to be possible from February 2024.

equipped apartments are also wheelchair accessible.

The large double apartments are particularly suitable for forming a small student group, and they can be used as
shared apartments for two students. 

The courtyard area creates a connection to nature and offers various seating and study opportunities. Table tennis tables and exercise equipment in

the outdoor area invite you to linger. A lobby with communal areas, including a lounge and laundry room, completes
the range of communal facilities.

Covered bicycle parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers.

The new building project will be completed by 01.12.2023.  The apartments will be available from December 2023.

On the ground floor, tenants have access to a laundry lounge with a seating area. There will also be a self-service bicycle repair shop in the apartment building.

The apartment building is expected to be available for rent from June 2023. All apartments are fully equipped and have their own bathroom and kitchenette in addition to the living area. In addition to the 1-bedroom apartments, there will be 2-bedroom apartments for two people as well as various shared apartments for up to four people. A learning lounge and outdoor seating area complete the offer.
