Our little apartment building only offers 1-room apartments, approx. 30 m² in size. All these apartments have a separate kitchen, a shower stall and a balcony. The sitting and sleeping areas are designed in a very modern and pleasant fashion. A TV, coffee maker and the complete set of household items are all provided for you.
This apartment building in Zeughofstrasse is situated centrally and conveniently for transportation. You can travel in all directions from either of the two metro stations, "Görlitzer Bahnhof" (U1 & U15) or "Schlesisches Tor" (U1 & U15). There are plenty of places for shopping and leisure activities, because this "Kiez", as we Berliners call such a neighbourhood, is multicultural, and so all options are open when it comes to eating out. A swimming facility and park are right next door. This area is young, lively and pleasantly cheeky.
