Statement regarding the coronavirus
on tenant consultation services and our service providers
You have no doubt been following the development of the corona pandemic, the recommendations from the German Ministry of Health and the measures taken by the Berlin Senate to reduce the danger of virus infection.
We too are taking precautions to exclude all avoidable risk of you or our members of staff getting ill. For this reason we have decided to suspend the service system that was available in recent weeks both at our Hallesches Ufer offices and at the service centres and facility management offices on site.
Having again reviewed the current situation we now wish to change our service system as follows until further notice: As from 2 June the staff responsible for you will again be at your service in urgent cases and only after prior arrangement of a date and time, at our Hallesches Ufer offices and at the service centres and facility management offices on site.

You can contact the facility manager of the apartment buildings on the usual telephone numbers.
