The modern and cozy apartments are each fully equipped with a bed, desk, built-in wardrobes, a pantry kitchen with
a ceramic hob, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower, ready for occupancy. Some of the fully
equipped apartments are also wheelchair accessible.
The large double apartments are particularly suitable for forming a small student group, and they can be used as
shared apartments for two students.
The courtyard area creates a connection to nature and offers various seating and study opportunities. Table tennis tables and exercise equipment in
the outdoor area invite you to linger. A lobby with communal areas, including a lounge and laundry room, completes
the range of communal facilities.
Covered bicycle parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers.
The location of the apartment building is in the district of Oberschöneweide in the Treptow-Köpenick district.
The Wilhelminenhof campus of the University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics (HTW) can
be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
The good public transportation connections also allow for quick access to the city center and other districts,
facilitating convenient travel to other universities and colleges.
Supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational areas are within walking distance.
